Graphic Designer

  1. Candidates must have at least a Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent
  2. Have at least 1 year experience in the field of creative design
  3. Extra value added if you have Photography skills (Wedding/Portrait)
  4. Strong -minded and open to criticism of work
  5. Has a high natural creativity to produce a good picture or video

   Job and Responsibility :

  1. Responsible for digital processing of photos and videos for digital marketing purposes.
  2. Provide creative ideas related to digital photo and video processing
  3. Responsible for complying with all KPIs set by the company
  4. Become a photographer for outdoor / indoor company portraits / products (Optional and extra skill)

Sales Assistant

  1. Immediate recruitment to work in Bandar Perda
  2. Experience in sales is an advantage
  3. Behave well and be positive
  4. Willing to work outside office hours
  5. Has high self -resilience and can work under stress
  6. Can answer questions at any time, even at home (response allowance given)
  7. Proficient in serving customers online (WA / FB / IG)
  8. Having a laptop is an advantage

   Job and Responsibility :

  1. Always make sure all customer queries from all social media channels from Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram are always answered.
  2. Manage online sales and update payments made by customers.
  3. Maintain good relationships with customers, and potential customers.
  4. Provide good service to customers.
  5. Responsible for achieving monthly sales targets ‚ÄĒ with rewards
  6. Handle a high number of leads.
  7. Responsible in handling customer inquiries.
  8. Record sales and update payments by customers.

Production Assistant

  1. Proficient in fabric folding and packing
  2. Experienced in stock management

  7. Being able to sew is an advantage

Information Technology

  1. Manage and update the company's official website.
  2. Install and configure online software / systems according to appropriate functions through specifications.
  3. Prepare and inspect computer hardware to make sure it is working properly.
  4. Identify and be able to repair faulty computer systems or equipment.
  5. Explain to staff how to use the equipment, software or website.

   Job and Responsibility :

  1. Experience of at least 3 months in IT or related field
  2. Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
  3. Good time management skills.
  4. Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, information technology or a related field.
  5. Can work in a team

Customer Service

  1. Print sales invoices.
  2. Check and resolve issues received from customers.
  3. Inspect the packaging.
  4. Contact the customer if there are any problems with the stock.
  5. Proactive in meeting customer needs and solving customer problems.

   Job and Responsibility :

  1. At least a Diploma or Degree in management or equivalent.
  2. Has knowledge in communication matters
  3. Can communicate well by phone or writing
  4. Strong knowledge of client business processes and techniques
  5. Patient and can deal with problems from a wide variety of clients


  1. Create email marketing
  2. Interested in copywriting
  3. Create Ads
  4. Create content on all social media platforms
  5. Plan and optimize online marketing campaigns using Ads Manager in Facebook
  6. Have basic knowledge and proficiency in the use of computers
  7. Has a deep interest in digital marketing, and wants a lot of knowledge in this field
  8. Run other digital marketing campaigns

   Job and Responsibility :

  1. At least 1-3 months experience in digital marketing.
  2. Have skills in Facebook Ads
  3. At least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Marketing, Commerce or its equivalent.
  4. Applicants must be willing to work in Penang
  5. Attend company -supplied digital marketing training
  6. Proficient in using online marketing platforms

  1. Inventory management in the entry, quantity, group & expiration system to generate goods received notes, transfers, returns or disposals during verification of physical stock, delivery notes, invoices and any related documents.
  2. Assist in ad-hoc and official stock taking.
  3. Check stock availability

   Conditions : 

  1. Candidates must have at least a Diploma in Inventory Control / Logistics or equivalent.
  2. Have at least 6 months working experience in a related field.
  3. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  4. Have good communication skills
  5. Features meticulous, proactive & able to manage stress
  6. Able to work honestly under minimal supervision

Video Creator / Editor

  1. Perform photo and video content editing for advertisement and social media
  2. Collaborate and share ideas with creative teams to create compelling video content
  3. Having photoshoot equipment is an advantage.

   Conditions : 

  1. Candidates must have Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in digital and multi-media, or a related field
  2. At least 1 year of experience in video/ photo editing
  3. Basic skills in editing software: Adobe Illustrator / Adobe Premiere Pro / Photoshop
  4. Proactive and able to show initiative and contribute ideas on an ongoing basis
  5. Able to work efficiently and effectively under minimal supervision
  6. Self -motivated, positive -minded, responsible and trustworthy
  7. Good communication skills
  8. Can work in teams

Digital Marketing Executive

  1. Manage paid & free advertisement.
  2. Design creative advertisements on a variety of social media platforms.
  3. Manage sales website.
  4. Basic skills in Facebook Ads are COMPULSORY.
  5. Digital skills in using Google, website, etc. are an advantage.
  6. Can cooperate when working in a group. 

Customer Relationship Manager

  1. Draft and supervise repeated sales campaigns with the existing customer database.
  2. Ensure all promised benefits are received by the customer.
  3. Design and implement program initiatives with customers to increase the level of customer satisfaction as well as can bring in sales.
  4. Coaching and interpersonal skills is an advantage. 

Customer Relationship Executive

  1. Perform activities and programs with customers to increase sales. 
  2. Increase customer satisfaction with products and services offered by the company.
  3. Manage customer's database also ensure things promised are received by the customer with enhanced communication skills.
