Shipping Information


Shipping for Hari Raya

  1. To ensure your parcels get delivered before Hari Raya Aidilfitri, for Standard Delivery (Ninja Van), please place order before 2nd April for Singapore, Sabah & Sarawak and 5th April for Peninsular Malaysia.
  2. Meanwhile for Premium Delivery (Line Clear), please place order before 4th April for Peninsular Malaysia only.
  3. We will be continue post out on 15 April 2024 as usual.

Local Delivery (Within Malaysia)

  1. We charge via Ninja Van shipping: Peninsular Malaysia RM8, Sabah & Sarawak RM15.
  2. Tracking numbers are emailed (Check Junk/Spam) once posted.
  3. We deliver through Ninja Van.
  4. All orders will be post within 7 working days (Monday – Friday) via Ninja Van and a tracking number will be emailed to you once it is made available.
  5. Ninja Van is a next day delivery service and makes deliveries Monday – Saturday, excluding the first Saturday of every month and local public holidays (Malaysia).
  6. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours before your tracking code appears in Ninja Van’s tacking system.
  7. If customers do not receive their order within 7 working days after receiving tracking number via email from us, please contact or to track your shipment at


Local Delivery (Premium Delivery)

  • We charge via Line Clear shipping: Peninsular Malaysia RM15.
  • Tracking numbers are emailed (Check Junk/Spam) once posted.
  • We deliver through Line Clear.
  • Premium delivery service level agreement is Guaranteed next day delivery, operating 7 days a week within Peninsular Malaysia only.
  • Premium rates and services are applicable only in Peninsular Malaysia and exclude remote areas. 
  • Purchases on Fridays after 3pm, public holidays and weekends will be processed on the following working day.


 International Delivery (Worldwide)

  1. We offer international shipping via Ninja Van International.
  2. Shipping charges will depend on the quantity/weight of each parcel.
  3. Our system will automatically calculate the weight and the amount you should pay will be display at the end of the order process.
  4. Transit time normally within 3 – 5 working days.
  5. Tracking numbers will be provided by email once order has been processed.
